We are a Christian organization serving rural churches and communities through Organizing, Training, Programming, Project Development, and resource mobilization initiatives. The organization is recruiting ministry-oriented individuals with relevant experience and a passion to serve in defined roles while building departments around those roles.

Successful candidates must demonstrate both academic qualifications and professional experience plus a strong work ethic, integrity, and soft skills which are essential for these roles.

Ministry Operations Manager

This is a senior-level role assisting the Executive Director with the running of the

organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the role holder is responsible for the day- to-day operations of the organization.

The duties shall be in these areas;

  1. People management – Lead people management and development through leading teams’ work planning and execution monitoring, development and effective enforcement of HR policies and practices, and cultivating a disciplined, motivated

dedicated, and highly productive team

  • Process management – streamline and run seamless organization processes that enhance efficiencies, compliance, and accountable operations with a big focus on delivery and productivity.
  • Projects planning and management – lead the ideation, planning, and execution of profitable and scalable organization business projects, support community projects conceptualization and operation, and contribute to partner training on project planning and management.
  • Financial planning and management – Coordinate budgeting, and financial forecasting processes and ensure efficient budget management, execution, and reporting measures
  • Policies Enforcement – Continuous review of organization policies, drafting of necessary new policies, and enforcement of policies across the organization.

Ǫualifications

Demonstrated experience and track record of;

  • At least 3 years managing multiple teams
    • Business Project conceptualization and management
    • Financial planning and management

Demonstrated experience and orientation as;

  • A hands-on leader, with strong personal drive, a self-starter, and driven to deliver
  • Analytical, process, and precision thinking
    • Business profitability and scalability

Training in areas of;

  • Business-related courses at a BA level
    • Applicable Professional certification

Additional considerations,

  • Active in an authentic church life
    • Able to travel regularly
    • Willing to work beyond normal hours to deliver on the mandate
    • Good communication, public presentation, training, and people relationship
    • Great computer use skills and relevant modern technology applications
Creative Communications Officer
  1. Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  2. A person with passion and orientation of a creative and visual storyteller
  3. Skilled graphics designer
  4. Versatile on social and digital media and communication
  5. Understand communication, publicity, and the non-profit landscape in Africa
  6. Versatile around different writing styles and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
  7. Hard working, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, a self-starter and driven person
  8. Ability to lead, ideate, and propel growth in the organization and department
  9. Able to rally and manage others to get work done.
